Downtown Suites Yerevan

The room was beautiful and stylish and had a private bathroom with a shower, hair dryers, and a bidet. The staff was pretty friendly. The location was very central and just a pleasant stroll away from Yerevan Opera Theatre.

The hotel had a very central location and it was near a well-known museum. We got a room with bathtubs.

Reasonably large and brand-new room with very comfy bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. Had central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel TV. Absolutely perfect location to Museum of Armenian Genocide...

I had a wonderful stay at Downtown Suites. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the city. The room was new, clean, and well-equipped. The bed was comfortable and provided a restful night's sleep. The staff, particularly the manager Hovhannes, were helpful and were very good too ensure I had a comfortable stay. The hotel is a serviced apartment, which gave me plenty of space and the convenience of a fully-equipped kitchen. my experience at Downtown Suites was really good, and I highly recommend it. I would enthusiastically recommend this hotel for a stay in Yerevan.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right in the city center, surrounded by restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and beautifully furnished, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The service was top-notch, from the room service to the airport shuttle. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the rooms, which made it easy for me to stay connected. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this city.

This hotel boasts of a perfect location in the heart of the city, surrounded by shops, restaurants and supermarkets. the rooms are immaculately clean and the beds are comfortable. Each room is a serviced apartment equipped with a fully-equipped kitchen and a living room. the staff is always ready to assist with guests' requests.

The highlight was the location, close to many restaurants and shops, making it a great base for exploring the city during my Christmas vacation. the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The noise from outside and adjacent rooms was unbearable, even with earplugs. the lack of proper curtains made it impossible to sleep in past 5am.

During my New Year's vacation, I stayed in a modern and exceptional property located in the heart of the city. This hotel provided me with an exceptional service and went above and beyond to attend to my every need. The hotel room was spacious and clean, and equipped with a comfortable bed and a fully-equipped kitchen. One of the best aspects was the location which is a few minutes away from a lively area with many restaurants, supermarkets, and other shops. the staff was hospitable and made me feel at home.

The hotel experience was not perfect. The entrance to the hotel was hard to find, since it was located inside another building, and there were no clear signs outside.
